  • 21+ only? there better be an all-ages show at some other time, or you can bet Boundary Bay is going to be fighting off hoards of teenagers who want to see the movie.

    edit: nevermind then
  • That was a mistake. It is all ages. Fix'd.
  • Hell yeah. Word from Sea Otter was the movie is really incredible.

    EB
  • wicked sweet.

    added a thread on r.g.
  • Is there anywhere in Town i could snag some tickets?
sounds like a good location. food + beer mmm.
  • That should probably be mentioned in the news post and flyer. ^
  • Thats a sic trailer. Those dudes are good at bikes.

is there just one showing or two? What time(s) will the actual movie start...approx?
  • We will be doing two showings, one for the younger crowds, then followed by the 21+ showing. The movie was really good after its first viewing at Sea Otter, and I'm sure it only gets better the more you watch it. hint, hint... two showings on the 22nd. We will list show times and more details here and to the new FreehubMag.com site in the coming week. Can't wait to see everyone smiling ear to ear with beers in hand!
  • new freehubmag.com site is balla balla fresh
  • Thanks, make sure to tell SEAN! He is workin the magic!
  • Hey rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat. Again?
  • First showing around 8
Followed by a second showing at 9:45
Live music and beer till midnight.
    That is all.
  • Also, there will be food available for purchase from Bounday Bay if you don't eat before hand.
  • Can't wait
  • Nice job you guys! ...and EB-MC in the houuuuse!

The premier seemed to be a huge success; perfect venue, good beers, cool dudes, lots of fun!
  • Props to the Endorfins as well for a great show!
  • PB tellin' the band to "kill it tonight!"

  • Thanks guys for a great night.
  • Kudos to Sean, Matty, Brandon, Trev-dog, Josh and Bryan for pulling the event together. Also, to Stephanie, Melissa and Michelle for managing the door/raffle tickets again. Those gals totally rocked. I hope I didn't forget anyone.

Afterwards, I talked to a couple of folks that said they thought that was the bike event they had attended. Also, a couple of folks didn't know that Whatcom Trails Co-op even existed, so these do serve a greater purpose than just an excuse to drink beers with the bro's! ;-)

    Cheers,
    EB

Nope, it was just the drinking event, the bike events are held in the woods. :)

I enjoyed myself. Did anyone get the complete story on the smash up that happened out front?
  • Didn't get the compete story, I was uip there though. I heard a guy puling out or something hit a car, tried to drive off and smashed into a parked car smashing two cars, his air bag did not go off.
  • Sounds like a drunk idiot....big bummer.
  • Michael Brodsky's Honda Element got smashed and had to be towed. Michael digs with the xc crew on Galby some days.
  • I think Damien mentioned something about almost getting hit and the car wrecking 20 feet away from him!
  • ^ I watched the whole thing go down. Shady
  • Back on track.... Nice work gents! Thank you all. So.... how much dough did the event net?
  • give us the play-by-play anton
  • alot ...... thankyou EB for MCing , and Brandon for hooking up on a ton of swag to stoke us out!
  • heh weird
  • Is that the ad you placed Thad? Nice work!
